The office façade consists of Harmon’s custom curtain wall system with 16″ vertical blades and perforated panels for parking garage cladding. The scope also includes structural glass wall in the lobby and vertical aluminum fins for both the office and parking garage façades. The design features unique curvilinear perforated fins that provide shading from the sun while still allowing for views of the Dallas skyline.
