The Pearl is a multi-phase project consisting of two mixed-use towers; one 15-level and one 10-level. Both buildings feature Harmon’s UCW8000 system. The education building features a terra cotta façade, with portions of the curtain wall designed to accommodate terra cotta installation. Additional features include vertical fins, a segmented layout, alternating glass and projected triangular panels within the curtain wall.
