As Senior Director, Engineering and Design, Ryan is responsible for overseeing Harmon’s design and engineering teams to bring best-in-class solutions to customers. Ryan joined Harmon in 2000, starting out as a Project Manager before becoming a Plant Manager and then eventually transitioning into Engineering.
Ryan and his wife Laura have three children. They enjoy traveling, boating, volunteering and any time or activities spent with family and friends.
