As Vice President of Sales, Jim leads Harmon’s preconstruction strategy, aligning it with business objectives and performance goals to evolve our sales delivery process and position Harmon as a market leader and trusted project partner. Jim brings nearly 30 years of cross-functional experience in the construction industry, having previously worked at Harmon in roles including operations, manufacturing, and preconstruction.
Jim and his wife have 3 sons and 2 dogs. He is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling with his family.
