As Vice President of Human Resources, Jill is responsible for driving the overall HR strategy, aligning it with the business objectives and ensuring the effective implementation and delivery of employee development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and organizational culture initiatives. Jill serves as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Jill joined Harmon in 2025, previously holding strategic HR positions at Cargill and Nike.
Jill and her husband Dan have a son and rescue dog. She enjoys hiking, gardening, yoga and adventuring with her family.
