Jeff Jansen

As Vice President of Manufacturing, Jeff is responsible for Harmon’s transformation journey in manufacturing, leveraging his extensive experience in advanced manufacturing environments. While at university Jeff studies with Jeffery Liker, author of the Toyota Way Fieldbook, and took lessons learned to his manufacturing leadership role at Caterpillar before joining our team.

Jeff and his wife Meg have three boys – Josh, Alex, James, and a newborn on the way. In his free time, he enjoys coaching his sons’ football teams, directing the Wolfpack Youth Football Program, playing golf, fishing, and most importantly, spending time with his family.
