James Springer

As Assistant General Counsel, James leads Harmon’s legal activities. James joined Harmon in November 2024, bringing more than 18 years of experience as an attorney, most recently with Enclos Corp as their Corporate Counsel.  James has a Bachelor’s degree from Concordia College and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School. 

James and his wife have two sons. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, attending outdoor concerts, gardening, and spending time with his family.
