Harmon Women Celebrate Pride in Work on International Women’s Day
This International Women’s Day Harmon women unite in shared pride of work and commitment toward continued empowerment
March 8 marked International Women’s Day, an important opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women and advocate for increased equity and inclusion. At Harmon, we witness firsthand the powerful impact women have in leading our business, defining our cities, and strengthening their families and communities.
We took the opportunity to hear from our own women about how they’re making an impact and if they had any advice to share with others aspiring to work in manufacturing and construction. Their messages matter as we strive for increased empowerment and equity not just in March, but beyond!
